The Southern Arizona Old Time Fiddlers Association plays old-time fiddle music (waltzes, hoedowns, reels, etc.). The Association was started in 1981 as a chapter of our state-wide organization, the Arizona Old Time Fiddlers. It now has 150 members who work to make sure the style and songs of old time fiddle music are preserved and passed on for generation to generation. They meet once a week and also play at several community events and retirement centers during the year.
