I’ve been a chef for 9 years starting first in fast food then transitioning to more professional scratch kitchens. I initially did it as a means to pay for schooling to eventually do something in the STEM field, but decided my passions were with cooking. After school I fully immersed myself into the culinary world and began working in different styles of kitchens from industry cooking to private catering.
