This is a dish that is healthy, nourishing, and tasty. It also just so happens to be 100% vegan and packs a hefty 21 grams of plant-based protein per serving. GLUTEN-FREE option available.
BAKLAVA $5 one piece/$8 two pieces
Sweet goulash is the Egyptian version of baklava. Our recipe uses cardamom, cinnamon, walnuts and olive oil. All of this gets layered between golden flaky layers of phyllo dough. Our recipe is 100% vegan.
KARKADE $4 drink
A traditional Egyptian drink that can be described as a hibiscus lemonade. Real brewed hibiscus, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and all-natural vegan cane sugar. Lightly sweetened – so the tartness of both the hibiscus and lemon juice are what shine brightest.
