Calle Ajo offers exquisite tapas-style creations curated by Angelina Ramirez and Oakland-based chef Lyndsey Garcia of Plate Craft Catering, highlighting some of Spain’s most cherished culinary traditions with a Sonoran twist!

Best shared among family and friends, paella stands as one of Spain’s most cherished culinary traditions. Hailing from Valencia, Spain, the authentic recipe features rabbit, chicken, lima beans, tomatoes, saffron, and Valencian spring water. Beyond Spain, diverse variations of this famous rice dish are celebrated across the globe. An additional regional specialty is gazpacho, a chilled and vibrant soup perfectly suited for warm sunny days. Light, invigorating, and delightfully satisfying, it offers a refreshing taste of traditional Spanish cuisine.
