Vietnamese Student Association

The Vietnamese Student Association is a group of student leaders that collaborate together to build a community with Vietnamese culture, history, and food. We have participated in TMY for many years, serving the Tucson community fresh, traditional Vietnamese food. We love sharing a small portion of our culture to the folks of Tucson, and it gives them a taste of not just the Vietnamese community, but it showcases the hard work and dedication of our student leaders. We’re excited to be a part of TMY again this year, and look forward to feeding you soon!

Festival Menu

Food:
Pork/Chicken Skewer: Griller pork/chicken skewer marinated in garlic lemongrass soy sauce - $5
Pork/Chicken Banh Mi: Baguette with grilled pork/chicken skewer, mayonnaise, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, and pickled carrots and daikon - $7
Pork/Chicken Bun Thit Nuong: Vermicelli noodle with grilled pork/chicken, a pork/veggie egg roll, lettuce, and pickled carrots and daikon topped with cilantro and fish sauce dipping - $9
