Special Eats serves gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, nachos and quesadilla’s. Our mission is to employ and empower individuals with special needs. Special Eats currently employs 25 individuals with special needs. They help with food prep, cooking, cashiering, cleaning the truck, shopping, inventory, making custom made to-go bags, and merchandising. Special Eats has been nominated for best food truck of 2023.
