Arepas - Homemade spongy corn flour rounds pita like pockets. Crisp on the outside steamy-soft in the middle. Deep fried or bake, stuffed or plain
Cachapa- Grilled mix of sweet yellow corn with melted cheese.
Specially plate-Chicken or shredded beef server with black beans, rice and plantains.
Empanadas
Papelon con Limón - Venezuelan drink lemon based with flavors and mixes particular of Venezuela.
