Beyond Spain, diverse variations of this famous rice dish are celebrated across the globe. An additional regional specialty is gazpacho, a chilled and vibrant soup perfectly suited for warm sunny days. Light, invigorating, and delightfully satisfying, it offers a refreshing taste of traditional Spanish cuisine.
