BarDown brings a refreshing tropical experience to the festival with handcrafted Puerto Rican inspired smoothies, beverages and baked goods. The menu features vibrant flavors from the island in smoothies, fresh lemonades and limeades, and refreshers. In addition, BarDown also offers baked goods with flavors celebrating Puerto Rican culture.

Chef Carlos Garcia was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, and has worked worldwide at Five-Star resorts. His booth began as an idea for a restaurant, which never materialized and then forgotten. During the pandemic, those ideas resurfaced, but this time on wheels, with Puerto Rican gastronomy as the main focus, using heirloom recipes.
